DIY cucumber mask


Here's a very quick & easy 'recipe' for a soothing mask to brighten your skin.

You'll need:
Half a cucumber
One table spoon of natural yogurt

What to do:
  • Finely chop the cucumber and blend it with the yogurt to a smooth consistency
  • Place mask mixture in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to harden and chill
  • Apply all over face and neck using clean fingertips (do not get it into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water if this happens)
  • Lie back and relax for 15-20 minutes, rinse off with cold water afterward!   
...and for your eyes:
To use cucumbers as an eye treatment, grab a cold cucumber from the fridge and cut two thick slices, simply set the cucumbers over your closed eyes for about 10-15 minutes.
