Here's a very quick & easy 'recipe' for a soothing mask to brighten your skin.
You'll need:
Half a cucumberOne table spoon of natural yogurt
- Finely chop the cucumber and blend it with the yogurt to a smooth consistency
- Place mask mixture in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to harden and chill
- Apply all over face and neck using clean fingertips (do not get it into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water if this happens)
- Lie back and relax for 15-20 minutes, rinse off with cold water afterward!
To use cucumbers as an eye treatment, grab a cold cucumber from the fridge and cut two thick slices, simply set the cucumbers over your closed eyes for about 10-15 minutes.
